1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping services within Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Delivery Time

  • Products: For standard product orders, the estimated delivery time within Abu Dhabi is typically between 2 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the location and product availability.
  •  Customized Products: For customized products, delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of customization and production. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time during the customization process.

  • Event Tickets (Online and On-ground): For online and on-ground events, event tickets are typically delivered electronically via email upon successful purchase.

3. Shipping Charges

  •  Products: We offer free standard shipping within Abu Dhabi for product orders above a specified order value. For orders below the specified value, shipping charges will apply and will be displayed during the checkout process.

  • Customized Products: Shipping charges for customized products will be based on the product’s weight, size, and delivery location. The shipping cost will be shown during the customization process and checkout.

  • Event Tickets (Online and On-ground): There are no shipping charges for online and on-ground event tickets as they are delivered electronically.

4. Shipment Tracking

  •  For product orders, once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.
  • Event tickets (both online and on-ground) will be associated with your account or email. For on-ground event tickets, you will receive an email confirmation along with details of the event.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reputable shipping and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely deliveries. Our delivery partners may include, but are not limited to, local couriers and postal services.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses.
